A Well Designed Quiet Generator.

bought unit following power outtage. packaging was good with no need for product damage concerns. assembly, instructions AND provided tools, oil, etc., were all included - no chasing tools or oil. assembly went well - unit a bit heavy for one individual to manipulate, but accomplished cautiously. following instructions, unit powerup went well with NO glitches. unit idle until household 50A receptacle, wiring completed by certified electrician. system test went great with 'power to spare' per the wattage use readout. NOT looking forward to any outtages, but will be prepared for sump pumps, furnace, fridges, freezers and other light loads.
LOVE the quietness of unit and user friendly indicators.

I just got it out of the box. Upon inspection it appears to be a very well engineered generator. I especially like the tri-fuel option. My house uses natural gas so it will be convenient to have it getting fuel directly from my house.

We bought this as a whole home backup generator. It will be attached through a 50 amp inlet and an interlock at the main panel. So far so good. Hopefully, we can sort out the bonded/floating neutral.
