Generator was packaged nicely, minor assembly, good directions, and started quickly on first try. I love the control panel, has everything I need and more. The TriFuel is awesome!

Fantastic inverter generator

Out of the box I could tell that this is a quality and well built generator. The materials are top quality. The included wrenches needed for assembly were polished chrome. heavy duty, axles, and handle assembly. Easily accessible oil fill, and convenient drain hose. I have only used it on propane so far, to break it in. It started after two seconds with the electric start button. I was surprised at how quiet it runs. I only attached some small appliances, so it was definitely not maxed out. I intend using it as a whole house backup up and I’m having an electrician install a transfer switch for me. It has a three-year warranty, so I am confident in the Westinghouse brand

I bought this portable 12000W Westinghouse inverter generator to be a backup in case there is a power failure in the remote area where I live. It seems well designed for that, though I have not had to run it yet.

The instructions and set up were simple and straight forward. You may want to have someone on standby to help you move the generator around in order to fix everything. Once I added oil, gas, and connected the battery, I used the push button function and it started right away. I didn't know what to expect, but compared to my old generator, this was super quiet. I hope I don't have to use it, but I'm sure it will work when called upon. No regrets yet, I'll update this if I have any issues after going through Hurricane Isiais.

I bought an iGen12000TFc a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier with how it was packaged, easy assembly and how quiet it is both idling and under a load.

This is a very solid generator! Plenty of excellent features that I was looking for in a large portable generator.
