Recently purchased this generator due to the size, features and low noise level. The product arrived in great condition and was easy to setup. Directions were clear and everything was well packed. Will know more on overall performance once we have our next power outage. Plan to use both gasoline and propane.

Great features and ease of use!

I was searching for a new generator after the ice storm in February this year and finally decided on this make and model and I'm very happy with this product. I can run my whole house with ease and that's a big plus since we're in our mid-seventies!

Just bought this and put the fluids in and started it up on propane. Runs smoothly so far. The only thing I wish they would have done for a 12000 watt generator designed for whole home use would be to make the bonded/floating neutral easier to swap

Works well but had it for a couple months and having issues with the 30 Amp outlet but we will see what service does when I call

I just brought this to replace an existing Genset. This one is able to handle 3 different fuel sources and is a lot quieter than the one I replaced. Also the fact that it is an inverter with today's electronic needing charged and operated, is a blessing.

Easy Set Up

W just bought the unit and it was easy and fast to set up. I quickly had it up and running. The generator has all the features needed to run most of my house during power outages. The only surprise was the size. - it is bigger than I expected.

Just arrived today! It was very easy to prep for initial use. A little heavy but to be expected for a larger generator. Can't wait to actually use it.
