This is the 3rd iGen generator I've purchased in 3 years and I've been completely satisfied with their performance. Simple to start, very quiet and portable.

Just purchased so far so good. Hopefully it’ll be a 5 star purchase once I use it. Bought because it has good reviews

Easy assembly, clear instructions, and comprehensive manual. The unit started on the first try and ran very smoothly. This model is much quieter than the 8000w unit I had a few years ago from another manufacturer.

Just unboxed the 12000TFc Inverter generator and I couldn’t be happier. Took about 40 minutes to assemble, set up and fill with oil. Hooked it up to a propane tank and it started the first try. It’s quieter than I expected but it’s still audible all the way to the front of the house, but annoying at all. We could have a conversation right next to it and we didn’t have to raise our voices.
I let it run for 1/2 hour before plugging in anything. The first thing I plugged in was an LED spot light and the gen didn’t even blink. I plugged a curricular saw in and let it rip. The light dimmed slightly and went right back to full power. No issues.
I got this to power my home in the event of a power loss with all the inclement weather they are promising this season. We got a taste of it on a trip to Phoenix a couple days ago. Tornado warnings, flash flooding and power outages lasted for a couple days. Luckily, we didn’t encounter any issues but it will give me peace in mind having this generator ready to go in the event we need it.

I am very impressed by how quiet the generator. You can stand right next to it and have a conversation. So far it starts up easy.
