Wow its a tank!

I bought this 2 months ago and as soon as I did, my power outages stopped. I think the generator made the power supply gremlins afraid of it! Seriously though, this thing is a LOT bigger than I thought it would be, BUT it is actually pretty easy to move and store once it is set up. The set up was very easy and well thought out. The engineering behind the setup really shows it is designed to be as easy as possible. My electrician is coming this weekend to add an outdoor inlet plug and system lockout. Hopefully I never have to use it, but I am thankful for the peace of mind owning my new generator.

Very Nice Generator

I bought this for my food truck, and it does a wonderful job! Upgraded from a Honda EU6500is to this Westinghouse iGen1100TFc best decision ever!

Powerful, quiet, and very reliable. The dual-fuel option is extremely convenient, especially having propane as a backup during outages. Remote electric start works flawlessly and makes setup easy. Clean inverter power handles sensitive electronics with no issues, and the 240V output is perfect for home backup. Solid build quality and excellent overall performance—well worth the purchase.

We bought this generator 3 months ago, it has been a champion for a few months now until yesterday it crank no started on us. Changed the oil, reseated the spark plug and still nothing. Have a claim open to hopefully get this resolved quickly as it’s our main power source to charge our solar system in winter. Luckily we have the iGen5000df model as well as a smaller back up! Hopefully they can get us back up and running quickly!
