Great features!

Just purchased this 2 weeks ago and very impressed with the quality of it. Initial setup out of the box was straight forward and initial startup was easy. Especially like the electric start and the included remote. The front panel is easy to read and maneuver. Impressed with how quiet it is compared to my old generator. The ability to use various fuel sources is a great feature!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice inverter generator from a reputable company

Easy setup. Necessary tools are kindly provided. Started up on first try. Great price for a quality product from Westinghouse. One issue. For home backup the neutral is bonded to the frame and must be changed to a floating neutral. This is not explained in the manual. There is a Service bulletin for the procedure, however, it should be in the manual. It’s dangerous to connect 2 neutral bonded sources together.

started right up on propane but.....try to float the neutral and the wiring is not like the illustration how to float the neutral.....try to figure out !!!!

Packaged well. Shows some run time. Assuming the perform a run check as I would expect. Small QC issues: Oil screen had metal in the oil screen out of the box. funnel threads are the wrong size this is not a big deal but a a QC error non the less. Started on gas quickly. Has good sound control for its size. I cannot comment on longevity at this time

Initial experience very positive.

I can only comment on my initial experience. I received model# 11027 undamaged and ready for assembly. I read the manual, filled it with oil, connected it to propane, and it started easily and ran smoothly. So far, so good. Once I have my electrician wire up my transfer switch, I will test it under load and report back here with a more detailed review.
