Purchased for emergency backup. Will run entire home. Arrived in timely manner. Easy to assemble. Easy to follow instructions. Everything is included, battery, oil etc.

Very quiet

Bought this generator to replace a 7 year old open frame non inverter generator. This generator is MUCH quieter even under load. Remote start works great. This generator is heavy which is the only negative but it does seem well built. Hopefully I will get 7 reliable years from this one like I got from my old one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Was looking for an inverter generator that can run a significant portion of our home in the event of a power outage. Started right up first time and runs great. Only have done the "breaking in" portion so far, but so far so good. Only negative was a little damage to the side plastic shield during shipping. Have a call into Westinghouse and waiting for a call back. it will be very useful when the power goes out.

This was purchased after we lost power for 24 hours. This generator has enough power to run my whole house. We now have the peace of mind the next time we lose power.

Good feature set & documentation

Unpacked and setup per the comprehensive and easy to follow manual (an actual paper booklet user manual - very useful), the generator started up first time without issue (propane). Going through the running in period - so far, so good. The generator also came with a basic toolkit - a nice touch.
I would recommend this to a friend!
