Received the Generator today and started the 5 hour break in period. Was pleasantly surprised on the noise level. I needed a 50Amp plug in and usually these generators are very loud. So far I like the noise level and the ability to power our bbq food trailer

Solid Build Quality. Great Performance

I researched generators and if you want an inverter whole home backup then this is the one. Like I said in the title it's built well and the manual is super clear and helpful. Picked up a magnetic oil plug and instructions say to use the oil they give you for the break in period. Going to be firing it up soon but on paper this gen is the best value. Plan to run on propane as it leads to less maintenance, easier to prep for long storage and propane doesn't go bad.

Well built inverter generator

You can see a lot of thought was put into this generator. It has all the functionality you could want and gives peace of mind with an active hurricane season upon us. It's easier to move around than I expected considering the weight.

Huge, heavy, and super quite!! This is well built!

Unboxed and installed the wheels, front legs, and handles, this has to be done before adding oil!! Once you get it upright on its on its wheels and feet, you can add the supplied oil. This comes with a small tube/funnel to use to fill the oil and all the tools you'll need to assemble it. they aren't cheap flat metal tools either! The side panels have sound deadening foam and it really works, this was so quiet when it was running. I used LP gas out of a 20lb bottle to get it started and ensure it works out of the box. I connected a compressor up to it and let it go. Barely even acknowledge the load from the compressor. With LP gas, expect it to take a second time to start due to the priming. I am beyond and impressed with this, I am looking forward to losing power now just to let this thing power my small house!

Good but sloppy build
on June 22, 2024

Just received the rev2 with a build date of 3/2024. Before starting it up I ran through some basic inspections and the assembly.
First the assembly. One wheel could not be installed because the bolt diameter was too big. It measured just over 5mm while the other measured about 4.8mm. The bearing that it went through measured 5mm exactly. I have to file down the bolt shaft to go through the wheel.
Next, some basic checks. I pulled the spark plug to check the gap. It measured about 0.020" but the spec was 0.024-0.032" or something like that. I reset the gap and reinstalled. Then I removed all the other panels for inspection. The panel over the exhaust port had a stripped out screw put into the metal clip and was stuck in with loctite. I had to remove the loctite and retap it. All of the plastic parts that held the metal retraining clips show white stress marks. The sound-dampening foam was poorly placed and covered the vent holes so I had to reposition it. The gasket on the air filter was in pieces instead of a continuous piece. The corners were pulled too tight and the gasket had to overlap itself. It was misaligned and pulled partially off when I removed the cover. The plugs on the connector panel were all misaligned, and none lined up straight.
I haven't started it up yet but will do so tomorrow. Hopefully all goes well. the generator seems solid with just some sloppy assembly.

Great Generator for the Travel trailer

Many would say it was over kill to get a bigger generator for my travel trailer. But I will be using this for my home as well when power goes out during a hurricane or storm.
