Received on time, packaging was very secure. Assembly very easy. I was very pleased with the overall design and function of generator. Started easily, Haven't finished break in period yet but so far so good. very quiet for generator of this size.

Instructions were clear and was able to unpack and install by myself.
Started right away with propane, output voltage OK.
Needed help lifting into garage side door with one step for storage.

WE HAVE A FOOD TRUCK THAT WE USE THIS FOR. THIS IS OUR THIRD WESTINGHOUSE GENERATOR AND HAVEN'T HAD ANY COMPLAINTS WITH ANY OF THEM.

I bought this to use as a back-up for my whole house. It will not power everything but should power the necessities. So far I have ran it for the break in and then drained all of the gas out. It started and ran great on gas and propane. I have floated the neutral and should have it wired into the main panel soon and will begin testing capabilities.

A true power house

I recently bought this to be prepared for any upcoming power outages. My home is wired with a 50-amp plug, so all I needed to purchase was the correct power cord. I went ahead and did a test run—after turning on all the main outlets and lighting, including two fridges and a freezer, I was only at around 25% power draw. I even tested running the water heater with the well pump, and it only jumped up to about 70%.
The Eco mode seems to work as advertised, and the generator adjusts its power output based on the load draw. Having used a traditional generator with extension cords before, this setup is much more efficient and runs significantly quieter. I plan to use propane primarily to avoid concerns about gas buildup in the system, especially since ethanol-free gas isn’t easy to find.
Overall, I think the price is appropriate for the features and the clean energy it provides for my home.

Researched a number of inverter generators and Westinghouse had the highest positive ratings. Unpacked from excellent packaging and followed excellent instructions so when I pushed the start button it started immediately
