Igen 12000 so far it has done everything iv hooked up to only got 2 hrs on it trying to break it in will be using this for home back up power

We wanted the extra security that a generator offers, and one that is easy to use. This model offers all of that, and many safety features as well. We know we made a wise choice with this model.

I have not had the opportunity to start and connect to my home since I have just done the assembling per instructions. The unit appears and I feel that this should suit my need as required.

great looking machine. tri-fuel is awesome, I do need to get a natural gas-big for the house so the line isn't always connected in this texas heat.

Good first impression

Just set it up yesterday. First impression, directions and manual are great. Tools provided for assembly (if you need them) were probably the best "free" tools I've ever seen packed with an item. I added oil, connected the battery, added some fuel and attempted to start it. The battery was not charged enough to start it so I used the pull start. Took about 4 good pulls and it started right up. Tested all outputs with a multimeter and all were well within tolerance. Hooked up a 30amp cable and ran a few ac motor devices and a few space heaters to simulate a load. Only reached around 5.3 KW with a momentary start up spike to 6.2 KW but the generator held voltage around 122 VAC without any significant spikes or drops. Won't know just how good it really is until I have it hooked up to the 50 amp inlet on my house and try to run some electronics and the AC unit. Overall, with only about 30 mins testing, it seems like a pretty good unit.
