I ordered this about a week ago. So far, so good.
Whisper quite compared to my old genny. Love the ease of use. The only complaint I have so far is that the threads on the provided oil funnel don't fit the threads on engine housing. They are 2 different sizes.

Work Great So Far except for 2 minor issues

I haven’t had any major issues with the generator so far, which is great. I know other food truck owners who have purchased generators that are black and red in color, and they practically expect them to fail—which is why they purchase the extended warranty with the generator.
So far, this generator has worked well for me, with just two minor issues:
1. Battery: If you don’t use the generator for a while, the battery may die. There have been two occasions when I had to jump-start the generator using the trailer’s brake battery to get it running.
2. Manual Start: Westinghouse, please make a video showing exactly how to use this feature! I pull and pull the cord, and nothing happens. I’ve been told to pull the cord 3–4 times and then press the start button. I’ve also been told that you simply need to keep pulling the cord until the generator starts. Unfortunately, neither method has worked for me so far.
At this point, I feel like I need to carry a spare battery just to make sure I can start the generator when needed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Powerful yet quiet!

Had an interlock kit installed, so figured it was time to upgrade the 3500/4500 generator that we had. The iGen12000TFc has enough power to handle the whole house including A/C, with minimal load balancing. Plugs right into the main breaker box via a port installed just inside the garage. I had it up and running in about 45 minutes. Easy, minimal final build, install wheels, stabilizers and handle. Add oil, fill gas tank, and it fired right up. Ran rough for about 30 seconds, then stabilized , very smooth and very quiet for a generator. We’re ready for the next storm!

We bought this generator in case of a power outage. Two weeks after we bought the generator a severe thunderstorm caused a large tree to fall close to but not on our property. The tree brought down the power line with it and we lost power for approx. 11 hours. The generator was a life saver as my husband needs power for medical treatments.
I would recommend this to a friend!
