I’m preparing for the hurricane 2023 season I really hope that I don’t have a chance to use this but in case I do I think I have purchased a very good generator. I cannot give it five stars, but I will give it four stars as I have not used it yet

Great value, versatile fuel and high powered!

I bought this after being out of power for 10 days. We used the smaller generator that was on our RV to run the fridge, freezer and essentials but the temp was in the 90s and I want to be able to run our AC. The 50 amp circuit will give us that ability. Started 1st time on LP.

Beast of a generator

Bought this to replace an old gas 5500 generator. At the time, it was the second to largest tri-fuel on the market and I plan on using my natural gas line to power it. I have a 2800 sqft home with two central a/c's with soft starts and this thing runs the whole house! Solid build, great features. Love the remote start and the ability to swap fuel sources while running if needed. Great value and now I'm ready for hurricane season.

great features and flexibility

I bought the 9500TFc about a month ago. Set up was easy and quick. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and the manual has all of the information that you need. I connected the unit to NG and once we had the right gas line size, it cranked right up. The unit is pretty quiet considering others i have heard and is easy to move.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We haven't gotten the chance to use this yet, but glad we went with this option for our home. I didn't think I would ever say this about a generator, but when we took it out of the box we were both impressed on the way this thing was built and actually attractive piece of equipment. It arrived exactly on the day it said it would (ordered through HD) for us to pick up in store, and fired right up when testing. Hopefully I can update this review when we actually have to use it.

product well packaged; front support bracket slightly bent but not a problem; instructions simple to follow; covers for outlets flimsy but should last if careful; compact with access to everything good; starter seemed weak; have not run devise under load yet, but see no reason to expect a problem...yet. If all goes well after break-in, we will comment again later.
