Great Generator Quality Control Could Be Better

The generator performs well and, it's an overall great package. I didn't give it 5 stars because of some paint chips and a very crooked decal. I feel at this price point a quality control person would have caught this. I would recommend it to others.

I recently purchased the WGen 10500 TFC generator as a replacement for my trusty old Coleman Powermate gas generator, and I must say, it's been a game-changer. The primary reasons I opted for this upgrade were its significantly increased power output and the convenience of its Trifuel capabilities.

Just arrived. Easy setup. Nice to be able to select 3 types of fuel. Love the remote electric start. Started immediately. Plenty of power. So far so good.

Defective upon Receipt

One leg of the L14-30R outlet was not hot. I really can't say much about the units performance because I was not able to use it. This review is all negative, because that is my initial experience. Once it is repaired and I use it, my opinion could change.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
