Purchased after we lost power in late May for 3 days. Easy to assemble and set up. After Hurricane Beryl we lost power. Started first push of the button and ran non stop for 2-1/2 Days only stopping to add gas.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased about a month ago and it is running my whole house when an emergency arises. 1600sf central heat pump 4 freezers 2 refrigerators lights fans and tvs

Worked well for a day and then stopped producing

I bought this unit to replace a small competitor's unit as an upgrade. The quality seemed good out of the box and the unit ran great through the break-in period, but when counted upon following hurricane Beryl, the unit began having issue around ~29 hrs of total run time where it began intermittently dropping power. During this time it became very sensitive to any load fluctuations and the LCD would go blank when it would cut off power generation. At no time during these issues did the engine shut off or any breaker trip. My assumption is a bad voltage regulator, but I am no generator expert.
I'm hopeful that Westinghouse will work to resolve my issue as the unit is less than a month old and all maintenance and break-in instructions were followed to a T. Hopefully they stand by their product and get me back up and running!

Bought this portable generator on may 19 to replace my older generac gp5500 getting ready for the hurricane season living in the south Texas coast generator area must ran it through it's first start ran for a couple of hours changed oil easy set on natural gas practically comes with everything you need power up my whole home great portable generator.
