I purchased this generator a month ago after eagerly waiting for it to become available, and I couldn't be more satisfied! The quiet operation is impressive, and the ease of use is remarkable. The sturdy wheels and handle make it very portable, and at this price point, it’s an excellent investment.
I opted for the 14,500-watt model, and it has exceeded my expectations. It was delivered exactly as advertised and started up immediately with no issues. The electric start with the turn-key feature is a fantastic convenience.
This generator has been able to power my entire house, including two AC units, three refrigerators, a pool pump, and a waterfall pump. Overall, it’s worth every penny, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and powerful generator.

Ladies Can Do It!

I live in Texas and bought this last month after having my electricity knocked out for a week by the recent hurricane. I chose this one specifically because of the 50 Amp plug, remote start, and Tri-fuel options. I don't want to have to worry about sourcing propane or gas in the event of another outage. As a single, female setup and soft start was a little intimidating but just take it step by step. I did need a little assistance to help put the wheels on due to the weight. It gives me tremendous piece of mind to know that in the even of another outage, which is bound to happen, I will be able to remain in the comfort of my own home.

Je viens d'acheter ce produit et avec la possibilité de brancher sur le propane de la maison et l'utilisation de la manette de démarrage à distance ce produit est fantastique pour que ma femme puisse l'utiliser facilement!

Perfect setup for my needs

I had a traditional gas generator that we used during the outages after Hurricane Beryl, and after spending too much time hunting for a working gas station, I decided to upgrade to Tri Fuel. The price and features of this are very good compared to other models, and low THD is perfect for the electronics I’ll need to power. I’m just finishing the break in period using propane and have had zero issues with operating it. Moving the box and assembling it initially is probably a 2 person job, but I managed it by myself with some wood blocks and creative leverage.

Bought the unit as emergency backup generator in the aftermath of the recent Beryl hurricane which left us without electricity for full six days. The unit was on back order, but we are glad we got ours this week.

I bought this generator with the intention of running my whole house on natural gas. It's easy to set up, I have mine currently running on 30 amps and was able to run the whole house including A/C with Micro Air soft start. I'm in the process of upgrading my generator connection to 50 amp. It's handles the whole house with no issues on natural gas. I did notice that the sound level is lower on this generator than the Duromax 13000. Remote start works like a charm. Buy this generator, and trust me you will be glad you bought it.
