great power options and quality

I purchased the generator 3 weeks ago, opened the box, followed the simple operating directions and t started up easily. The remote start is a huge bonus!!!

The Westinghouse WGen10500TFc has exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I unboxed it, the build quality and attention to detail were apparent. With 10,500 running watts, it powers everything I need with ease, from large appliances to multiple tools at once, making it perfect for home backup or worksite use. The electric start is a game-changer, firing up effortlessly every time. It’s also surprisingly fuel-efficient for its size, running for hours on a single tank.
I particularly love the remote start feature, which is incredibly convenient, especially during bad weather. It’s also portable, thanks to its well-designed wheels and handle, allowing me to move it easily when needed. Westinghouse has really packed in features that show they’ve thought of everything, from multiple outlets to the overload protection system.
If you’re looking for a powerful, reliable generator that can handle anything thrown its way, the WGen10500TFc is hands-down one of the best options out there. Highly recommended!

I received this a few days ago. So far the assembly was easy and the Users Manual is well written. I have not been able to pair the remote start fob yet... when I follow the instructions the generator tries to start instead of going into pairing mode. Also, the "break-in" instructions need to be as obvious as all the safety warning tags. It was just a sentence kind of buried in the middle of the manual, and even then it only says to run under 50% capacity for the first 5 hours. If you want to prepare this to be ready for an extended heavy load during a power outage, you really need to complete the break-in immediately. I ran it in through 3 heat cycles, doing an oil change after the 1st hour, another cool down after 2 more hours, and then 2 more hours to reach 5 total, and doing one more oil change. I modulated loads periodically using variable 1500W a heat gun. Would have liked to add a space heater if I had one to load it closer to 50%.

I just receive my generator and set up (right after HELENE hit) Much easier to operate than my older gas generator. The Propane is much easier to store.

Great Unit so Far!

After a hurricane we decided we needed to have a generator. These have come highly rated so we decided to buy one. We have primed it but have yet to use it so thats the reason for only 4 stars. Hope to never need it but if so hope to be able to come back to my review and update to a 5 star!

This thing is magnificent. She's an absolute wagon! Having a 50A inlet/interlock and HVAC soft start installed so we can stay chill during the next power outage. Can't wait for the next Hurricane!
