Works Like a Champ with Minor Tweak

I bought this to run on natural gas during power outages. Initially would almost crank, but die in a second or two. Ended up changing spark plug gap and now cranks and runs like a champ. Have not tried with gasoline or propane and likely won't.

Solid product but not ideal maintenance

I bought this product a few weeks ago and finally had time to set it up. This generator seems solidly built. Assembling the wheels and feet by myself was pretty easy, though one of the feet was hard to access because other parts were in the way. Adding oil was difficult, even with help from another person. The provided oil funnel is too short to use easily, and the oil inlet is located behind the battery wires. After spilling quite a bit of oil while trying to use the provided funnel, I switched to using one of my previously purchased funnels and then added the rest of the oil with no problem. I read the whole owner manual, and it's overwhelming and unnecessarily redundant. Am I really supposed to perform maintenance on the generator every few months even if it's just sitting in my garage without getting used? I'm sort of wishing I had forked out the extra cash to buy a standby generator.

Just finally received and cannot wait to try it out. All reviews sounded promising. Son-in-law got one too. I like the ideas of the tri-fuel and remote features.

I purchased this to serve as a backup for our home in Texas. Instructions have been very clear on how to assemble. Combined with a gas connection and home transfer switch, this will serve as a solid power back-up option.

Easy to use seems well built

I just brought this generator home to use as emergency whole home power in case of an outage. Lots of features I like including using natural gas, low THD, 50 amp outlet, easy to move and start. Tools, oil, funnel, battery, and gas hoses were included.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just purchased this WGen10500TFc generator due to hurricane induced outages here in Florida. I know it will be a good unit because I have never had a bad Westinghouse product.
