I purchase this generator after Hurricane Helene. I had a smaller 3400 watt gen that saved our food and provided some of the necessary power requirements but did not connect to my prewired home source. (My bad for not getting what I needed to begin with) This new gen set provides all the connections that we need to power our needs.

I just received this was very impressed,as an industrial mechanic, the quality of the build, and the ease of use. Worked great out of the box. The auto choke is nice, press start button and that's it.

Living in Houston with a 5 ton A/C unit, I needed a generator large enough to run it. Sure enough, once I installed a soft start on my Trane unit, this generator fires in up with no problem. Added a 50amp receptacle beside main panel and I'm now able to run entire house. And I'm running EXCLUSIVELY on natural gas; the lowest producing fuel. Very happy with purchase.

Beast of a Generator

This thing is a beast. It will power our entire home including our 3.5 ton central AC. Had to wait a few weeks to get it, but I’m glad I did. We wanted to be prepared after going for over a week without power during hurricane Helene, and this does the trick. I would recommend an outdoor plug wired via lockout in main breaker box or a transfer switch. A whole lot better than having drop cords ran thru out your home
