I bought this for use as a backup home generator, it is the perfect size and best value to power all my home essential circuits and a little more! After all the freezes and hurricanes in Houston I will never be stuck without power again!

Bought this unit in Oct. 2024 for future hurricane hits in Florida. Expecting it to run most if not the entire house. Still finishing up electrical work to integrate and finished break in period. So far so good!

Bought this unit with expectations of future hurricanes in Florida. Numbers seem fine to run all if not most the house. Just finished break in period. So far so good!

I've always had a great experience with Westinghouse products. I live near Houston, TX and the power grid problems finally prompted me to buy a portable generator. I used to borrow a friend's, but it didn't have much power and I didn't like running extension cords through my house. I finally had an inlet installed and wanted a natural gas option so I could connect the generator directly to my home's natural gas line. When running on gasoline and the grid is down, it's frustrating to go out and search for open gas stations to refill all the gas containers. It's tough to find a good tri-fuel generator with a 50amp outlet at a reasonable price, and Westinghouse was the best option I found.

Had a different brand dual fuel. Wanted to take advantage of a natural gas connection I have. Researched and Westinghouse came out on top. Very pleased with the forethought regarding a tool kit, funnel for filling with oil as I had to but these separately previously. Only need it about every 4 years here on the Gulf Coast but I suspect it will serve us well.

This generator has the capacity I need for power outages in our area of Oklahoma. Still working on natural gas hook up which is a little tricky. Looks like I need to add a pressure regulator for gas line to get pressure down to a lower level.
