I have only gone through the process of ordering, assembly and initial startup but so far I have been very pleased. The box when opened had the parts very neatly packaged and the assembly was very easy. The initial startup was also a snap and I look forward to many years of reliable use. Hopefully!!

Had the electrician added the soft start for my 5Ton central AC,turned on evrything excluding my dryer, it powered the whole house without choking. Thanks Westinghouse!

It was obvious that a lot of thought and experience went into packing and making user set up as intutitive and as easy as possible. If the same impressive engineering went into the design of the generator, then we should be good to go. We have not started the generator yet since not sure if want to leave oil set in it.
Bought this tri fuel so would not have issues with gasoline going bad or having to drain it and yet, if ever need to use gasoline as a last resort, we have that option.
P.S. If left a review based on getting the online warranty to form to accept my info, then I would have left a 1 star since had to refill numerous times i.e. really really hope generator engineers are better than the web guys.

Will not start

After setting everything up gas oil ect. It will not start up. Call the support number the girl was no help & rude then stated i needed to register it & send a video in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Generator for Home Backup

Bought this last month as an upgrade to an old generator. Only assembly was putting on feet and wheels. Wanted one with an electric start and that we could use as emergency backup power during hurricane season. Had an ATS installed and the generator hooked up perfectly. Did a test run using gasoline for 2 1/2 hours and it ran as expected. Need to test using propane next. Overall very pleased with the purchase and the price.
