So glad we purchased this generator. It's versatile with the 3 fuel options and though heavy, very easy to move around with the wheels and handles. Great product

Works great, easy to figure out and operate. Within 30 mins we were able to get power. I like the 3 fuel option types, helps me be prepared for different situations.

No Power at AC Receptacles

Started right up, sounds good but could not get power to receptacles. Waiting for email from support. Maybe I’m not doing something right… first call to support on Saturday I was advised it could be 3-5 days before I hear from them!
