Just delivered but realized it does not include a natural gas line. Just plan ahead if you are going to use natural gas.

Initial Impressions

I just received the generator today. I have not started or tested it yet. My initial visual impressions are that it very well built and sturdy, and that everything is well laid out. I like that it has covers over the outlets when not in use to keep debris and insects out. Not all of the other generators I had looked at had these covers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The best feature is the remote start, followed by the tri-fuel, and multiple power outlets.

After considerable research, personal/professional generator experience over the years and my installer's local experiences, I After considerable research I chose this generator for my own home. It performs exactly as hoped: easy start on nat gas, nice smooth running and reasonably quiet. Very well-done system! My confidence in its reliability is high-no worries.

I bought this to run my entire home, ac, fridges, washer, dryer, etc. Had an electrician wire my home for plug n play! It will run on 3 different fuel types, amazing item with push button start. Yay for me!
