I just unboxed this and was surprised at the quality of the finish. It started easily and was quieter than I imagined. The quick disconnect on the battery was a surprise and nice to see. I chose this generator because of its large fuel tank, and everything was in place and functional. Thanks for making a quality product.

I just finished unpacking my 11500 watt tri-fuel generator, everything so far seems to be as advertised. I will be setting it up as a natural gas emergency backup generator, I just need to finish running the gas and installing the interlock and plug. I will run and test the generator at that time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have not had a chance to actually use the generator yet, though I’m sure the opportunity will arise when Florida hurricanes hit this year. It will be nice to know I have this generator in case of a power outage. I love that it is able to be powered by gasoline, propane tank, or natural gas. I also love the remote start up
