Purchased this generator on May 8th, 2025 for my LQ horse trailer. I purchased it so while camping without my husband I would have easy access to run the generator from inside my trailer late night and early am with the fob. We have a smaller generator that we have used for 15 years with no issues except no fob. Over Memorial Day weekend the pull cord wouldn't start the generator to turn it over and recoil didn’t want to retract. The Fob wouldn’t turn it off at all and needed to open the door to turn it on 90% of the time. I have contacted Westinghouse and I am getting the run around. Very disappointed and won’t purchase from them in the future nor recommend this product. I was very excited about it and now feel very disappointed and out a sum of money.
I have been told to bring it to a designated dealer for repair or replacement if I didn’t want to attempt to troubleshoot it myself.

Very happy with all of the things that can be powered by this generator with 14,500 peak watts using gasoline. With hurricane season upon us again this will eliminate any inconvenience due to a power outage.

I have been using the generator to power my woodworking shop and so far it has been able to run multiple tools without any trouble. I am using propane so I can’t speak about the gas or natural gas.

I just received the generator yesterday in preparation for the Florida hurricane season and am very pleased so far at the ease of operation. I bit heavy but worth the weight for the capacity it provides. Thanks
