Bought a generator recently to help during storm season and other power outage events. We've lost a couple fridges full of food in the past year. So getting a generator made sense. If it saves our groceries just once it's paid for itself. The Westinghouse generator was easy to set up. It comes with everything you need, and being a first time generator owner this was most helpful.

After experiencing the destruction of Hurricane Helene, I decided it was time to purchase a generator for back-up power for my home. After a lot of research I chose Westinghouse and am very pleased with my decision. I actually order the 10500 dual-fuel model, but was unexpectedly rewarded with the 10500 tri-fuel model.at no extra charge. Assembly was very easy, and it powered up on the first attempt. I'm not a very mechanical person, but this generator is easy to operate and very functional.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I received this generator 2 days ago and have just completed assembly and setup.I live in Central Florida and due to Hurricane Milton last year I was without power for 5 days.
I vowed to be prepared this year and am confident that this generator will meet my needs. The Westinghouse reputation and ratings sold me on this product...

WORKED WELL DURING RECENT STORM IN NORTH CAROLINA

This generator now has 5 hours of operating time during a recent storm which brought down many trees. I have installed a magnetic oil dipstick and oil drain plug especially to collect the fine particles generated during the break-in period. This generator is being used to power essential loads in a single wide mobile home. It is heavy, but that is not a negative since the unit appears to be well built.

I got this generator yesterday and set it up today. Seems to be a well made machine but have not started it yet. All the parts needed to get it running came with it. I would suggest putting in the owners manual the amount of oil needed to fill it.
