I love my Shun Cutlery

I love my Shun Cutlery knives.
They work so well and the fit and finish are something to be admired.
However, when I received this particular Premier 9” Combination Honing Steel I found that the end cap was larger than the ‘PAKKAWOOD ‘ handle .
I even found it sharp to the touch.
So after some consideration I returned it.
It should be emphasized that this unlike the other Shun products that I own.
I am very happy with Shun - Japan made items.
They work so well and the fit and finish are something to be admired.

While the steel does do an excellent job of honing my knives, sadly the handle doesn’t match with the knives in the Premier series. They do state that in the description, but it is still a disappointment.
