Bad spund quality

I purchased it today from Best Buy after seeing the reviews that seemsed almost 4.5 out of 5 by some thousand of people. The spund quality is bad, have to keep it on full volume. Can't feel the bass and background of music clearly. Never recommending to anyone. Completely disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
