High cost for faulty charger

I didn't listen to the reviews and got one anyway. They were spot on, this charger has issues charging phones. No problem charging buds or watch though. Woke up many times to a dead or low powered phone. Have to babysit charger to make sure it's charging
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst Samsung product

Magent isn't strong enough to hold galaxy phone even without any case. Strong No for anyone thinking of buying this product. Unless you hold the phone with hand, there is no way the phone stays on the charge pad. Very bad design

The worst product

This product does not work I have an S24 Ultra, does not charge me, connects disconnects made me buy several cover to know why I did not charge, disgust product.

Unreliable performance

This product unfortunately has unreliable performance when it comes to the phone charger and the bottom charger. Bought a magnetic case for my S24U, and this charger will start charging it for about a minute and then just stop, no matter what I do. The bottom charger works good for my buds3 pro, but when I try and charge my Galaxy ring case it sometimes will just not charge. Unfortunately the bottom charger doesn't have magnets in it as well so instead of the buds snapping into place to charge, you have to make sure it's aligned correctly which is not great design as it's a magnetic charger. The power cable you get in the box is also not a Samsung 45w charger so if you try and plug it into your phone you won't get 45w charging. The actual look of the charger is very nice, and the best part about this charger is the galaxy watch puck being compatible with the watch ultra and 7/8 series. It's hard to recommend this charger given the price even though I wish I could like this charger more.

The magnet to hold the phone is not strong enough for hold a phone. Or in my case the Z Flip 7. Do not buy this product. Its a scam.

Did this really get QA sign-off?

The concept is great, but the fact that it only seems to work on certain phones was not clear on the description. The folds and flips will not attach through the magnet which I am sure their QA should have tested before going live in which case, why was it not noted..., if they did not test those models, that is worrisome Samsung. I have used Samsung products for over 2 decades now, and would hate to turn to other brands just because your QA/QC have changed.
