Product only charges my watch ultra. I have a compatible case and made sure everything lined up properly. Does not provide power like it should.

Product is amazing at keeping my ecosystem charged

The product is well designed and works seemlessly with all of my samsung devices from s25 ultra to galaxz watch ultra to my buds 3 pro and samsung ring. They all charge without fail just make sure you plug in the included charging brick for power otherwise it might not work. Overall I feel safe knowing that my devices charge overnight.

Great idea; poor design

I I had Great Hopes for this item. unfortunately the phone doesn't stay on the phone charger. it slides right off no matter how you adjust it it slides right off so when you think you have a Charged phone you don't. the watch charging is perfect except what I'm trying to adjust my phone for it to charge I wind up knocking the phone the watch off the charger so if it wasn't too much trouble to send it back I would. Phone charger doesnt adjust enought to actually HOLD the phone in place. That's why you reviews are so low. Would be a killer device if it worked as described

I bought without reading reviews. It won't charge my new ultra watch with case on even though the case is cut out to accept the charger magnetic stand. The watch magnet on the stand is weak as well my samsung watch band is enough to knock it off the stand so I have to fold the bad back on itself to keep it from knocking off. My Samsung Galaxy 24 is in a magsafe case, but it won't charge it in the case, it starts then stops. Very disappointing il be returning. I also had 2 pairs of the pro buds but they squeal so bad their unusable. I returned on pair only to say they got wet, I had them 3 days and never left my truck so I purchased another pair and they did the same. Samsung get it together.

If only it worked properly.

Looks great,.sturdy, would love for it to work, but it has issues. The phone does not always connect to charge, sometimes you have to remove and put back on a time or 2 to get the phone connected. Even when you conform connection sometimes it stops charging and I wake to a phone not fully charged. I have not had a issue with the watch chargingz just the phone charger.
I've used S25 and flold 7, both yield same results.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product is great to charge your mobile ecosystem with. Most reviewers don't understand the compatibility, which is why their frustrated and leaving bad reviews. In order for this product to work, you MUST USE a MAGNETIC QI2 compatible PHONE CASE. If you do not have a compatible phone case, your phone will NOT be held up in the air by itself. The speeds are regular wireless charging speeds. Don't expect to charge up in 10 minutes. The design is on point and very modern. In order to charge, you MUST use the included 45 WATT power adapter. This product will not work on previous Samsung Power Adaptors. I've been using this product for almost a year now, with no problems. If you just read the instructions, it's SUPER SIMPLE.
I would recommend this to a friend!
