The common name has always been the best when it comes to outdoors, whether it be camping or sitting out on your deck they’ve always been the most reliable, most trusted name. The cooler was exactly what I wanted and look forward to using a lot.

Bang for Buck Texas Tough!

I bought this cooler to carry in the bed of my truck. I live in south Texas. 103°F in the shade about 113°F in the sun. I put 1 case of water and 20lbs of ice on Friday morning. Sunday morning there was still a little ice and the waters were still very cold. The cooler sits on direct sun all day. I've had other coolers that the ice melts by lunchtime. I love this little guy. The no tilt drain, the stainless shell painted green makes it a looker. Metal handles. Man, I bought a cable lock because I get asked about it so much I'm afraid of it walking away. I absolutely would suggest this cooler to friends and family. We'll done Coleman.

The Green Cooler always Feels like Family.

Love it. Great cooler. We got the green color, it gets compliments wherever we take it. Recently had it down in Tennessee. Tossed an extra bag of ice into it, then forgot about it on a south-facing full-sun balcony for two days. There was still some ice present when I opened it up to dump it out. Drain plug works great as long as you close it snugly.

Misleading photos in advertisement

I purchased this cooler to replace my original steel coleman cooler which I used to put stickers on from all the places I had traveled to with it. The exterior of this cooler is stamped with a deep textured surface that is not conducive for applying stickers to. It also made the cooler look cheap and was off-putting. I was disappointed the second I opened the box. I would not recommend if your like to put stickers on your cooler.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Strong heavy cooler

This grill is very durable and keeps everything cool for a couple days. On the negative side it is very heavy especially when you add drinks or food to it.

Looks good, lacking in quality

I have owned this cooler, the stainless steel color version, for about ten years now. I use the cooler 1 - 2 times per year. A few years back, the plastic inside the lid handle pulled out and broke when I tried to latch it. Also the steel pelting and petal hardware are starting to show signs of rust. Looks great but lacking in quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Classic nostalgia
