Nice cooler, but when left in the sun( this is why you have a cooler) the top layer of plastic starts to separate and bubble up, it is obviously thin and not firmly glued to the insulation a real bummer for an expensive cooler. Have several others (which you can't mention in a review) and they do not fail this test. Should have purchased one of the others mentioned above.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We understand your frustration, particularly when you have other coolers that have performed better under similar conditions. Your detailed description of the issue, specifically the bubbling and separation due to apparent thinness and insufficient adhesion to the insulation, is incredibly valuable. This feedback highlights a critical area for improvement in our manufacturing process and material selection. However, it's generally not advisable to put Coleman coolers in direct sunlight. Keeping them in the shade helps the ice last longer and maintains a cooler internal temperature. Direct sunlight can cause the cooler to heat up, reducing its efficiency and potentially causing the ice to melt faster.

Perfect size and stays cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in love with my Coleman cooler. This color is absolutely wonderful 😍 I have always had. I had a smaller cooler for years and needed a larger one. This has so much space inside of it which is perfect for lo my road trips and camping. I love how durable it is as I’m accident prone and have a kiddo and dogs! I don’t have a lot of upper body strength but this cooler is easy to carry even with things inside of it. The handles are on strong rope like material and I love that they are longer making it easier for me to maneuver the cooler. I had my preteen sit on to see if it is truly durable for a seat and there was no issues or dents from some sitting on it. It says it last 4days for coldness I have only tested it out the last 24hours but everything is still super cold. I like that it also has a larger draining plug so I don’t lose it which I have done with some of my older coolers. This is a great and must have for families that like to travel!
