For the price, I expected bigger and better. The wheels and telescopic handle are rugged enough. I don't like the flap on top, wish it was a solid top, with a large, zippered pocket on top instead. The rest of the features were okay. We had a much cheaper one bought elsewhere, was the perfect size, loved all the features, but the wheels and handle were not rugged at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
