I tried to return some old cartridges and buy 2-pack for my printer. Apparently Staples has a 30 day wait period before the used cartridge credit is available and I only got credit for 10 of the 14 cartridges I returned (noticed that when I got home). Why aren’t credits immediately available? I won’t need ink in a month cuz I’ll buy it online from somewhere else.

Mikaela who helped me dropped what she was doing and helped me find what I needed. I’m not in the know of what I needed because I’m not as savvy on computers and printers. She was very courteous and friendly plus very knowledgeable Staples is lucky to have her. I wish there were more like her in other stores who are respectful and helpful to those of us that are elderly.
