Clerk could not find credit for any of the 27 empty cartridges I previously brought in. Had to call regional Staples phone number to get it straightened out. Recycled cartridge credits should appear clearly on our account and be credited on succeeding purchases!

These ink cartridges for my printer still works like a charm with for my HP Envy 4500 printer I've had for (many yrs.) with my DV 7 Entertainment 17 laptop for many yrs. also No printer issues whatsoever.

I was very disappointed. I bought a 2 pack of black/color ink and I truly believe the color ink cartridge was empty. I put the new cartridges in and printed the alignment page. I noticed when it came out of the printer it had no color in it. It then told me to scan the alignment page and when I did it failed. I took out the new cartridge and put the old one back in and it told me that the cartridge needed to be replaced immediately. I took the old one out again and before putting the new one back in I unplugged the printer and after plugging it back in I put the new cartridge back in again. When I printed the alignment page again still no color and failed again when scanned. I am now using only the black cartridge in my printer. The cartridges cost way too much money for one of them not to work. I’ve never had a complaint before now. I attached a picture of the alignment page which shows no color!!

I recommend HP ink to the TRU RED brand. Even tough the TRU RED brand is cheaper it doesn't last 1/2 as long as the HP brand. Stick with HP!
