I have been purchasing online some remanufactured ink and the black looks more like a dark gray. So I splurged and bought new packs of this ink and the difference is really big. Nice dark clear black. I guess the saying is true you get what you pay. Don’t splurge on cheap ink. I would prefer not to pay the steep prices they were forced to pay but for quality you get what you pay.
