This is a reliable and prefers product for my HP 4500 series printer. My only complaint is the price! To high for my Budget! Retired persons on fixed budgets are looking for affordable prices on products they use on a daily or weekly basis. PLEASE consider reducing your prices to make the products affordable for everyone.
