Great Wine Fridge

I built a new bar area and installed this wine fridge. I love it. It looks great, keeps my wine chilled and my company happy! Good purchase.

Works great Looks good Front grill arrived bent, so I submitted a support ticket. Got a great resolution with in hours. I'm very pleased with this whole experience.

Unit is ok

It looks nice from the outside, the blue light gives a nice touch and it keeps your wine cool so from a functional and appearance perspective no issues. BUT...the wood shelves are weak and do not slide in and out easily and smoothly and there is no way you can fit 46 bottles as bottles come in different sizes today and it's been hard for me to even fit more than 40.

Must Have!

This wine fridge is great! Looks super sleek with the rest of our appliances in the kitchen and is the perfect fit with the built in cabinets we had made. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing a wine fridge as I was concerned about noise and this fridge is super quiet! Keeps wine at the perfect temperature. Newair also has great customer service.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quiet and looks great!

When searching for a built in wine fridge for my kitchen island, I wanted something with dual temp zones and wooden shelves. This fits exactly what I was looking for and looks great! In my opinion, the wine even tastes better when stored in the correct temp zone. After about 9 months of having the fridge, I had to reach out to customer service because it was not cooling properly. I also noticed the noise from the condenser suddenly became quite loud. (Typically this fridge is very quite and I never notice any type of noise coming from it.) The rep who assisted me from Newair was so helpful and professional. I am currently waiting for a replacement to arrive, but can attest that their customer service was top notch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We love the look and style of the wine frig.! But we did have a problem with the compresser. I contacted costumer service and they are sending me a new frig. I heard from them within an hour of me sending them the problem. Thank you for the quick service!! Nicky

Sensor not working

The product looks great, but after two months the fridge is not cooling. It appears to be a bad sensor. They will provide the part but they want me to install it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
