I've not had a chance to use all the items that came with the blender. However, I can say it makes the smoothest smoothies I've ever had and that was just using the cup and blades. I'm very pleased with the purchase.

I absolutely love this set, but I was unaware that the plastic gasket on the food processor collects mold and needs to be removed and cleaned. I bought this back in November 2024 and only found this out today in August 2025. When I search for replacement gaskets so I can’t find any.! I attacked a lot of the replacement stuff is showing out of stock.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

BLENDS WELL AT FIRST, THEN GETS LOUD, MILKY, LEAKS

I GAVE THIS BLENDER A 1 STAR FOR THAT FACT THAT IT WORKS GREAT FOR THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, AND THEN IT STARTS TO BECOME EXTREMELY LOUD, DOES NOT BLEND AS WELL, LOOSENS FROM COUNTER AND THE MARKINGS ON BOTH THE MUGS AND THE PITCHER FADE AND TURN MILKY. PAYING $250 IS NOT WHAT I EXPECT IN A BLENDER. MY PREVIOUS NINJA BLENDERS WHERE MUCH BETTER. VERY DISAPPOINTED. NOTIFIED NINJA WHO ARE VERY HELPFUL WITH MAKING SURE YOUR OUT OF WARRANTY. I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER NINJA, TIME FOR A VITAMIX THAT HAS A 1O0 WARRANTY. FOR ALL THE YEARS I PURCHASED NINJA, I COULD HAVE 2 OR 3 VITAMIX BLENDERS THAT STILL WORK. STEP UP NINJA AND MAKE A PRODUCT THAT LASTS LONGER THAN 6 MONTHS TO A YEAR. SELLING US BLENDERS THAT ARE SUBPAR AND BLENDER BOTTLES WITH MARKINGS THAT WASH OFF, AND TURN MILKY IS NOT HELPFUL.

Thought long and hard before I made the switch from and much more expensive blending kitchen system, since it was still working. I am so glad I finally hit the purchase button! It's an incredible machine. Very powerful and very "intelligent". I have managed to use all of it functions and accessories and have found it to perform on all levels. The suction cups, although necessary, can be difficult to dislodge. However, I discovered storing it on a placemat keeps it convenient and easy to move around. The main unit has a permanent place on my counter and I seem to be using it daily, especially during these summer months.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I used the food processor for the 2nd time ever and the black piece inside that you place the blade onto broke in half. I called about using my warranty because it is not the motor it is not covered despite only using it one other time.
