Excellent and sturdy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has been through a lot of what would have destroyed other phones. It's fallen into water 3 times and dropped from the bed of my truck twice. Still working like it was new, with the Galaxy AI you can do just about anything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this phone for about a year. It worked decent enough at first, but did have charging problems that started almost immediately. After probably 6 months it started heating up more than usual. Full disclosure, (although i dont believe it was the cause), i cracked the screen and shattered the camera when i dropped it a few months ago. A couple weeks ago a small patch of blue and purple appeared in the corner, the next day it had covered the screen, and the following day the blue and purple began turning black. I do believe it was caused from from the way it would heat up, not from being dropped, but I could be wrong. My husband has the same phone and hasn't had any issues...... I don't use AI, so I have no review on how Galaxy AI operated.
