Altogether good phone for an upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this model phone. The only problem I find with it is it's a little glitchy, and the back of the phone is to slippery. I can't put it on anything thats not flat service because it slides right off. I put my phone on my leg while I riding in a car or driving so it's easy to reach, but I can't unless I have a case on it. Also the battery gets very very hot wether I have a case on or not. It gets hot both ways. I get the message it needs to cool down all the time. That was also before I put any extra apps on the phone like games or Facebook etc. It was very frustrating. I would like to know more about the Galaxy AI, or Samsung AI. I want a new phone due to the battery and slippery problem I just don't know which one to get.

Flagship AI Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the Flagship Device for a 1.5yrs now, I am not a big Tech genius or Smart due to a Traumatic Brain Injury. The downfalls to the whole Smart Phone and Connectivity with me is the safety feature connection to Bluetooth in your car and having a VPN active through Xfinity as I think this is on all phones. Camera and Gemini aspect and functionality is good and as being new to this appears easy to use and awesome how a project will look like when you want to incorporate something in a spot and to picture how it will look. Updates are good so far, not sure if connectivity is xfinity issue or not but find some lag when using the phone..Interface and features are smooth and cant really tell of a difference from the S24 model I was using besides weight and thickness I guess if I recall. But I couldn't pass up the cost difference and chose the flagship because of that and found this phone to be the same as the S seris besides the slight difference of how it feels to me in size and weight, possibly the case maybe I don't cant say due to my Traumatic Brain Injury.. adjust sensitivity such as voice and touch, but flawlessly connects to my hearing aid and smart watch when using that. Cant upoald photos for use of Gemini but have Samsung TV and Surround Sound Bar.

Nice phone but needs work

Her phone as far as I know has dropped calls. Updates need to be better. The cost to fix the screen is atrocious.

The A36 is very nice

It works just fine with all my apps. I dont browse much on it as I use my PC, but when I need to, its fine. The camera is also pretty decent for my needs. I can also use eSIMS when I travel. It also works great with google maps. I love it.

I was worried but I didn't need to be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I was ready to upgrade from my old device, I wanted to make sure whatever phone I got would be a great fit and that I got exactly what I was hoping for. Ever since I got my first Samsung Galaxy phone YEARS ago, I knew I'd most likely never get a different brand again. The part I like the most? Knowing that when I buy a new phone, as long as it's a Samsung Galaxy, I won't be disappointed and I won't regret it one bit. The A series phones are my favorite. They're a great price and I prefer this series over the others personally. Not just because of the price but because of the top notch performance that I always get when I go with a Galaxy too. The picture quality is always great, I love the security features as well. I have ZERO complaints and only positive experiences with these phones. And of course it's also a HUGE bonus how easy it is to switch from one Galaxy to another because of the smart switch app. I don't know of any other brand that makes their devices so easy to use in general either. This new phone will undoubtedly last me for years but whenever I AM ready for an upgrade, the only phones I'll even bother picking from will be Samsung Galaxy phones 100%!

I have had great experiences with the device, however there are some issues I have experienced. For example the device frequently overheats and lags when doing some moderate to heavy gaming. I have mainly experienced these issue when playing COD Mobile even though i have the graphics on the lowest possible settings and the frame rate locked at high. I also experience some light lagging when switching between apps frequently. But aside from that the device has been very fun to use, especially with the AI features in the gallery app. (Ex. The magic object eraser and the AI enhancer.)

Privacy Security Productivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not understanding the actual capabilities of this device versus the other A series while separately evaluating the AI. I Could appreciate access to several options and make a difference between what I want from my next developer. All phones are the same in purpose and different platforms allow privacy, less security and productivity. I only need the right person to get the job done in this position to make a more clear statement of the raised topics that truly are important for me and others yet you release a development to work on breaches.
This device has not reached the AI system yet but it's still working now so it's not bad right away but I Could connect wireless laptop with the AI controller for better quality and productivity in phones privacy, more security and productivity.
