No comparison to the S class

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Note 10 plus for several years. I love the capability of memory card slot for me to download pictures to my phone. It was flawless in anyway until I accidentally broken the screen. Samsung has stop supplying updates to the phone as well.
So I thought I would upgrade a new Samsung phone. While I have good experience with another brands around the same price range. I thought Samsung's phone must be much better. I made a fool out of myself.
A36 is a good phone if you want to call and receive calls. That is it. Everything else is not as smooth compared to my Note 10 plus or other brand I purchased around the same cost. The phone A36 is laggy, secure folder is much harder to use. Interface is no match to the S series.
My opinion is to stick to S series and stay away from this A series phone. I called in and wanted to return it but I pass the return day by few hours. I guess I am stuck with it for a while.
I may seek other alternatives since same price phone cannot deliver half of the performance compares to other brand phone. And btw, this phone has an awful trade in value. So again, stay away.

Hi BokehKai,
Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy A36 5G! It's designed to bring you reliable performance with a sleek look, a bright display, and dependable connectivity for your everyday needs like calling, messaging, and browsing. Plus, with its 5G speed, you get instant downloads and smooth streaming wherever coverage allows.
Even though the Galaxy A36 is part of our straightforward A Series, it still packs iconic Galaxy features like a vibrant screen, Adaptive Battery for all-day use, and the easy-to-navigate One UI interface. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been by far the best affordable Galaxy I've had my hands on. From the Galaxy AI to the fast response times and beautiful screen I've yet to be disappointed. No issues when streaming, casting, or basic functions. I would recommend this to anyone interested in getting into a new phone. 10/10
