[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI offers a suite of features, but its success varies depending on individual needs and how heavily users rely on AI tools. Some find it beginner-friendly and a good starting point for exploring AI, while others, particularly heavy users, may find its daily credit limits restrictive. Overall, reviewers praise its practical, non-intrusive nature and how seamlessly it integrates AI into the phone experience.

First time Samsung user, Android for life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not that I am unhappy with my Galaxy A36 5G, I absolutely love the battery life and screen size. It's just I was very accustomed to my Motorola. My biggest issue is that the speech to text is not good, it continually gets my words all wrong. For instance, it doesn't insert a (,) when I say (comma) it puts the word. I don't use Galaxy AI. Most of the features are great so far, like the camera. I am still getting acquainted with everything.

Great Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Samsung phone and I'm very impressed. For a mid range budget phone the a36 5g has impressed me to the point that I have no need to upgrade for a little while.
I use my phone to stream music, videos, and take alot of pictures and the quality of all is impressive.
I also use the AI several times a day it has been so helpful to me.
I will definitely be getting another Samsung when it's time to upgrade.
