I like the cell however I am questioning the battery usage. It appears to be going down faster than my old Samsung. I not 100% sure yet though.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) It's my first time to purchase a cellphone like this one. The memory upgrade for the SD card is great. However, the fingerprint sensor works for you to add it, and then after trying to use this option, it doesn't work. There isn't anywhere showing where to put your finger on the acreen after start up. It just says not recognized. At least the pin option works great for unlock. So if you need this for Samsung Pass or you are trying to unlock the phone, this option is not available. So, I deactivate this function. The sound volume even when you turn it down. when playing like YouTube or anything , music or a phone call is very intense when you hear it. When trying to navigate, it works a little slow, but it's okay. The picture quality and video is great if you are not looking for a better Zoom option. A charger adapter would have been nice to have, although it's not included. When you are going up from the Galaxy S9, that chargering cord from this new cellphone doesn't work for the old adapter. , so I need to use my old charging cord. This will charge slow... Bluetooth is working good.
