(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Phone is bit laggy as initially it tried to download bloating softwares and system updates hence please be patient. Compared to the global version, the drawback of buying in Canada is you need to compromise on RAM ,you get 4gb instead of 6gb in the basic varient and also the charger is not provided. Not recommended unless a spare phone or for kids.

The phone heats up

I don't know why, but the phone heats up so fast even when I only use it for about 6 minutes. I had to check how many minutes I was on the phone for it to heat up like that, and it was less than 10 minutes. I've been busy and wasn't able to go back, but I am planning to return it. I don't know if this is an isolated incident or if it's an issue with this particular type of phone.
