[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone I chose does not work well. It glitches and freezes. I can't download hardly any apps because they take to much space. I even got extra space and the phone won't recognize the card. The camera is very pixelated.

We appreciate your feedback regarding issues such as freezing, limited app storage, the memory card not being recognized, and pixelated camera results.
**Freezing and Glitches:**
If your device is freezing, you can perform a soft reset to temporarily resolve the issue and clear background memory. To do this, press and hold the Power/Side button and the Volume Down button simultaneously for about 10 seconds. Release the buttons when the screen goes completely black; the phone will restart normally.
**Free Up Space:**
Running out of storage space is common as you use your device. You can create more space by deleting rarely used apps and unnecessary documents. Here’s how to check and delete apps:
1. Go to **Settings > Apps**.
2. Tap on **More options** (the three vertical dots) in the upper right corner, then select **Sort by > Size**.
To delete an app:
1. Go to **Settings > Apps**.
2. Select the app you want to uninstall.
3. Tap **Uninstall** to free up storage space.
**SD Card:**
If your SD card isn't being recognized, try formatting it. Make sure it is inserted properly, then back up your data before formatting to avoid losing it. Here’s how to format your SD card:
1. Turn off your device by holding down the Volume Down key and the Side key simultaneously. Then select **Power off**.
2. After the screen turns off, press and hold the Volume Down key and Side key at the same time.
3. Once the Samsung logo appears on the screen, release the Side key while continuing to hold the Volume Down key.
4. When 'Safe mode' appears in the lower left corner of the screen, release the key.
**Camera**
A pixelated screen or sluggish camera processing on the Samsung Galaxy A17 5G usually points to an overloaded app cache or low post-processing memory. Go to Settings > Apps > Camera. Tap Storage, then select Clear cache and Clear data. Reopen the camera app and allow it a few moments to recalibrate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone was phenomenal at first purchase. But as planned obsolescence strikes. The multi functionality of the phone has definitely diminished. Can't listen to music and receive a call, the phone will lock up, ect...... frustrating.
