Great everyday performance and value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy A16 5G because I wanted a reliable phone without a massive price tag. I mainly use my Samsung device for streaming movies on my commute and scrolling through social media, and the screen looks incredibly sharp. It easily handles all my work apps and multitasking throughout the day. The battery life has been fantastic, routinely getting me through a full day of heavy use. Overall, it is a great budget-friendly option that doesn't compromise on the essential features. In reality I actually have the Galaxy A16 5G, not the A17 because It was not an option.

Great Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a One plus phone and it had broke, I had to switch to the Samsung Galaxy A17 for the promo, and it was the best thing I ever got. I love the special features this phone can do, And the pictures are great. Hope this phone last forever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm constantly getting messages about the cpu needs a restart. I also frequently get a message saying system UI is not responding. Battery life is poor, continuous overheating. I don't recommend this phone.

Since this device runs on the Exynos 1330 processor, these symptoms often point to a problematic background app or a corrupted system cache overloading your CPU.
Here’s how to clear the System UI cache:
1. Open **Settings** and tap on **Apps**.
2. Tap the **Filter and sort** icon (three horizontal lines with a downward arrow next to "Your apps") and toggle on **Show system apps**.
3. Search for **System UI** and select it.

Only Good For A Few Years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this phone as part of our ISP's promo for combining services. The specs are quite serviceable, but after nearly 2 years on this phone, it started glitches like there was a memory problem when there was over 30 GB of RAM and ROM each.

Horrible phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this phone as an upgrade, but still have to pay monthly for it. It completely froze up on me when I was 4 hours from home in an area I didn't know. Had to take it to a cell phone repair shop who got it working again, but the guy told me to never get A series again because they always have problems, something i was not made privy to before committing to it for 2 years. So, now I have to wait until my next upgrade to get a new phone while paying for one that has a terrible camera - I won't take pictures with it because it distorts my face. I am a Samsung fan overall, and honestly haven't really had any problems before, but this phone sucks.

My Samsung has amazing long lasting battery power
