Meh, good but not good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a Samsung device, this phone definitely has the camera and screen effects that are high quality and easy to use. However, the processor is sorely lacking. It is slow and often freezes and hiccups. It is unable to retain background information when switching between one open app to another. Example, if you are working in an app and you get a call, if you switch to the call you will lose your information in the other app.

Constant issues with usage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this phone less than 3 months & it has to be restarted every week. Even after a restart it doesn't work any better or faster. I have taken the phone back to Spectrum once & they said they cleared out some memory. Still isn't working any better. Slow & glitchy. This phone would not be reliable in an emergency because it takes so long to see anything on the screen or for the phone to do what I'm trying to do. I tried to take a picture & had to click the button 6 times for 1 photo. Absolutely ridiculous. This phone is awful. I just don't have time to run back & forth to get another & all day to set a new phone up with all of info.

I love everything about this phone.

Some flaws keep having to restart it to be faster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy A17 5G because I wanted a dependable phone that was easy to use without giving up modern features. It has been a great upgrade from my older Samsung 8+. The ability to talk to the phone and use voice commands is exceptionally helpful because I do not see well. It makes making calls, sending messages, searching for information, and opening apps much easier. The battery lasts well through my normal day, and the larger display makes reading much easier. I am very pleased with the phone and would recommend it to anyone looking for a practical, reliable Samsung device.
