It constantly says UI system not responding

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't stream anything while anything else is running. It lags constantly. I choose to get a different phone next. Also the charge port becomes loose and eventually cracks through the screen. 80% of my photos won't show up in Google photos they are just black and I can't recover them.

We appreciate your feedback on the System UI messages, multitasking performance, charging port concerns, and photos not displaying as expected.
It's understandable to feel frustrated, especially when dealing with a combination of hardware failures and unexpected data loss. You can fix the black photo occurrence by clearing the app cache and initiating a cloud resync.
To clear the cache on your phone, follow these steps:
1. Go to **Settings** > **Apps** > **Photos** > **Storage**.
2. Tap **Clear Cache** (do not tap **Clear Data** yet).
3. Restart the app and wait a few minutes for the thumbnails to reload.
If clearing the cache does not work, return to the same menu and select **Clear Data**. This action will not delete your photos; it will simply force Google Photos to re-index your entire library from the cloud. For more detailed instructions on clearing the cache, please follow the link below.
On the Galaxy A17 5G, the USB-C charging port is located internally, directly beneath the lower bezel of the glass assembly. If the charging port becomes loose, it may be due to dirt or a failing internal bracket, which can force the user to wiggle the charging cable.
Since your screen is already cracked, continuing to force a charger into that loose port risks completely damaging the display panel or shorting out the motherboard. Samsung products are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under a limited 12-month warranty, as specified for each product. Additionally, eligible devices can benefit from Samsung Care+, which offers extended protection and additional support.

2nd worst phone ive had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phone is really slow each day I get a notification to restart phone because its slow. I cant open more than 2 apps with it slowing down it cant even process videos in social media normally with out buffering. Ive had it for a year and its already looking as if ive had it for several years. Camera quality is also bad looks all blurry even when I try to take video.

Nice quality phone for great price.i

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a phone like yesterday. I set my phone on the kitchen counter. I didn't realize there was standing water near by. I panicked when I realized the phone was dripping wet. I use my phone in my work. All my passwords were saved one the phone for work. Needed a new phone now.
I immediately chose the Samsung brand because its been my favorite brand. First off the pictures it takes are amazing. Every time I have time to check what this A17 offers I am surprised. There are security applications, fun items to add to you phone. It was easy to transfer all my information over from old phone. And of course, all the accessories to buy for it. I had no problem finding exactly what I wanted for the cover. Car and house chargers.
The reviews were also very positive which helps when you need to spend money. You want to trust the company. To know that this phone is quality and the longevity is great.

Here and there I have a little issues when it comes to the phone, but I solve them immediately. I chose this phone because It gets my stuff done and I'm even able to open the camera feature with the power button. This phone is quite the phone I've had in a good minute. I overall would recommend this phone to others because of it's good quality, features, and Much more.

The camera takes good pictures, and I like having a little of everything I need in one phone. I chose the Galaxy A17 because it seemed like a great value, and so far I’m glad I did. Overall, it’s a great phone for everyday use.
