It's been years since I had my last Samsung cell. I've adjusted to the new OS and it's been fantastic !
Only complaint is it often gives a "wait or close" message when loading live video feeds

Love my Samsung phone

I will only ever own a Samsung phone if it's up to me! They are in my opinion the absolute BEST Android phones on the market.

A Solid All Around Buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm almost completely blind, but this phone has excellent setting options for me to use it easier - extra large print settings, full contrast control and voice texting just to name a few. Gestures feature is also a God send. Long battery life and my wife says it takes great pictures and videos.

Horrible phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't get this phone! It's a 2012 phone in a 2026 body! Soooo slow, sooo laggy! Not even good for day to day use!! Tried to run subway surfers and it got so hot it burnt my hands!! The cameras are garbage and it only has 4gb of ram! It's running a exynos 1330 chipset built on 5nm which should make this a decent phone should! I also own the a26 running a 1380 chipset and you would think not being far apart it would run perrty much the same but nope the a26 is actually a decent midrange phone! 2 stars for the a17 only reason it gets 2 stars is i really like the build!

This is my first a series phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure why I chose this one...o yes bc it was free if I got a plan but it's nothing like any of the s ones .. but it's okay for being a lower end model.... but i have so many different Samsung phones.. but I'm going to have to say this one if probably my least favorite one but I mean it's good for being a lower end model I'll probably stick too my s one.. like the new s26 that I just got.. that one is my favorite one ... of all of them that I have right now.
