[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my device for EVERYTHING. Work, Social, camera, editing. Top notch. Coming from S22 I skipped 23. Happy to be in the 24. I'm a Samsung devotee

The Samsung 24 Ultra exceeded my expectations!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having been a loyal Samsung Note user for many years, I was reluctant to change to a new series, but after selecting the new Samsung 24 Ultra, I was elated to see all the Note features I was accustomed to and many more innovative features that I am still finding on this new device. Yes, Samsung you knocked it out of the park with the new 24 Ultra! You didn't just meet my expectations, you exceeded them! Great job!!

Mostly Good
on February 24, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] AI features are mostly good. Object eraser works well for some photos and not for others.
Vivid display mode is the same which is apparently how it's supposed to be. I don't understand the point of it then.
Would have been cool to have a temperature sensor like the pixel 8
If AI comes to the S23 I'm not sure what the upgrade would be.

This device is way more than a phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device does fall under the category of phone and it does that for sure. But it is way more useful than that. I do use it a lot to call and text my friends and family. But I use it more often to connect to social media. This device has fantastic cameras. And I post a lot of these perfect photographs and videos to my social media accounts.
Apps, apps, and more apps. Of the thousands upon thousands that are available. I have several hundred loaded onto my device. And one of the neat features I use is to create folders so I can categorize the apps that I use.
I am only now learning how to use the stylus pen more effectively. One of the neat features. I just discovered was I can actually trip the camera shutter using the pen. There are a lot of other things I can do with the pen and it's fun trying to discover them all.
And the same holds true for all of the other features on this device. I think the proper term is "feature-rich." I've only had this device for just under a month, so I have lots of things to learn and I imagine my experience will only get better over time.
One final thing I wanted to add was that on this device, there is no port to add a memory chip. At first I was a little dismayed with this, but I'm realizing that I just need to change my paradigm. There's lots of memory on this device to hold 100's of photos and I can easily transfer them to my computer any time I want.
So overall, this is just one powerful device.

When you thought things couldn't get any better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you thought things couldn't get any better, S24 arrived! How do you improve perfection?Well, that's what Samsung just did with this new S24 Ultra phone. Boy, let me tell you... I was happy with my S23 Ultra, but Samsung's decision to commit to an all-flat display made me jump to the new one. It's just so much more convenient this way. The phone feels more secure in your hands. Screen protectors are no longer a hassle, and the brightness outside with this one is on a whole new level. The newly offered AI is just the cherry on top. If you are like me, you are skeptical when a new phone comes every year. Please do yourself a favor and grab one of these new S24 Ultras. They are just worth it.
